APARTMENT DESIGN, 110 SQM,
Bucharest
We created this space as a form of visual tranquility, where minimalism does not mean austerity, but natural order and clarity.
The re-partitioning played an essential role in this project and allowed for better organization of functions and natural circulation between areas.
Equally important was the lighting plan, designed architecturally: linear fixtures trace the axes of the space and emphasize its geometry without overloading it. Light is not decorative, but functions as a discreet structure that organizes and accentuates.
The project was designed for a young, organized couple who wanted a coherent, functional, and at the same time aesthetic space, without any frills.
The concept revolves around a tone-on-tone palette of creams, wood tones, and mineral accents, which are found in both the custom-made furniture and the carefully chosen finishes. Herringbone parquet flooring, matte fronts, quartz countertops, and warm walnut veneer create a textured and calm atmosphere.
Vertical mirrors and glass display cases delimit the space without closing it off, providing depth and visual continuity.
The result is a timeless, well-articulated interior that responds in a balanced way to both functional requirements and the need for emotional and aesthetic comfort.
